MMPC securely installs tamper-proof rat bait stations in front of your property, using slow-acting rodenticides to get rid of rat colonies and prevent infestations. Each month, we send our expert rat control technicians to:
- Maintain and refill rat bait stations
- Conduct an exterior inspection for signs of rat activity or conditions conducive to infestations
- Inspect and notify you of potential issues and provide professional recommendations for mitigation
Violation-Free Guarantee
As part of the Rat Prevention Program, property owners have guaranteed protection from DOHMH rat violations. If you receive a notice or summons from the city, MMPC will provide evidence to help you contest the violation and also cover the cost of any fines.
Less Than $2 Per Day
Our pricing includes professional installation and monthly maintenance and refilling of rat bait stations:
- Single Bait Station: $49.99 per month*
- Additional Bait Stations: $5.00 per month
*One bait station generally covers about 20 linear feet—about the size of an average lot in New York City.
