• To prevent rats from entering buildings, we inspect, treat, and seal openings around utility lines and service conduits (such as water pipes, electric wires, air conditioning units, drain pipes and vents) and check for broken windows and unscreened vents.
• To prevent rats from digging burrows in tree pits, planters, and gardens, we install steel wire mesh horizontally beneath the top soil and seal the perimeters with cement.
