- Maintain and refill rat bait stations
- Conduct an exterior inspection for signs of rat activity or conditions conducive to infestations
- Inspect and notify you of potential issues and provide professional recommendations for mitigation
Violation-Free Guarantee
As part of the Rat Prevention Program, property owners have guaranteed protection from DOHMH rat violations. If you receive a notice or summons from the city, MMPC will provide evidence to help you contest the violation and also cover the cost of any fines.

Our pricing includes professional installation and monthly maintenance and refilling of rat bait stations:
- Single Bait Station*: $49.99 per month
- Additional Bait Stations: $10.00 per month
- Ornamental (Designer Grade) Bait Stations**
*One bait station generally covers about 20 linear feet—about the size of an average lot in New York City.
**Tamper-resistant and disguised as rocks to discreetly blend into outdoor landscaping. This is optional and available at an additional cost.
